Getting HereView Larger Map The best way to travel to Milton is to get by rail to Didcot Parkway station - if you are travelling from London, there are frequent trains leaving for Didcot from Paddington, the fastest one will get you here in just about 40 minutes (but there are slower ones too). From Didcot Parkway you can take either a bus or a cab - Milton is exactly 4 miles away from Didcot. If you are elderly or disabled, you may take an advantage of using a Dial-a-Ride Octabus which will take you almost anywhere in the Vale of White Horse for a very decent fee. If you have a concession card, you may even travel for free. You can also find a number of ways getting to Milton from Oxford.
